We decided to change that when we introduced Asset Keeper in 1985.  We wanted our users to take advantage of the features and powerful database built into our software, and for this to happen, we knew that we had to provide answers to their questions in as short a time as possible.

That’s why we provide a comprehensive help system, unlimited technical support by phone, an online discussion board, email support, and written and video tutorials that can quickly bring you up to speed.  With Asset Keeper, you’ll be able to get the help you want when you need it, and we don’t charge extra for it, because in our opinion, good software can not be separated from the support that should accompany it.  This has been our policy since day one!
