The following miscellaneous features are currently available in Client Communiqué:

• Backup/Restore - Backup or Restore your data to standard zip files compatible with the WinZip compression utility or by copying it to another location such as a network drive.
   
• Synchronization - Synchronize the public files shared on the network to your local computer for use when disconnected from the public file location. Any changes made while you are disconnected will be saved and automatically compared against the shared public files when you startup Client Communiqué after reconnecting to the public file location.
   
• Bulk Delete - Quickly delete a group of contacts (clients, personal contacts, and public contacts) that are no longer needed.
   
• Import Contacts - Import contacts from the following popular programs and file types:
  • Outlook Express
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Yahoo!
  • ProSeries
  • CSV (Comma Separated Values) File
  • Excel Spreadsheet
     
• Import Web Links - Import website bookmarks/favorites from the following web browsers:
• Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox
• Netscape
• Opera
   
• Included Addresses - Over 1,000 tax and accounting related addresses have been included in the lookup screens for your use.  With the included address filters, you can quickly find federal income tax return addresses for printing on envelopes, labels, or postcards.
